Pioneer SA540 Schematics

Hi.

I'm currently looking for a Pioneer SA-540 Schematics. I need to adjust more quiescent current. Heatsink is cold so I believe that there is no quiescent current at all. So Does anyone of you have schematics for this ancient amplifier? Sound of this amp is too harsh, I believe that adding more quiescent current would help to get better sound.

I think I can help you with a schematic.Please write in English,German,Swedish or whatever since my Finnish is very poor!

Hello Rolf, I am new to the electronics of solid state having only built hard wired valve guitar amps of around 4- 20 watts output. I recently picked up a pioneer SA 540 amp working apart from noisey switches and vol pot and cant not believe how sweet it sounds hooked up to a pair of B & W 603 s2, I now have access to a second sa 540 amp and was wanting to use one as a slave to bi-amp the B & Ws but need to now where to break in to circuit board to get post tone control and pre main power amp in outs, hope this makes sense as not the best at explaining things if you have any drawings of circuits of this model it would be great. regards simon.
