Rotel RB-850: Transformer needed

Hi There,

Just enquiring on behalf of a friend who needs to find a replacement transformer for a Rotel RB-850 Amp.

I've searched the forums and found a couple of schematics which I'll pass on in the hope he can make sense of them, but in the mean time I was hoping that one of you might be able to tell me the necessary Input, Output and VA so he can find a suitable compatible transformer elsewhere.

Hi Al,

Have you tried Rotel directly? They have more experience with Power Supplies than you would imagine. There is a good chance they still carry it and if not, at least some good info. Maybe even the service manual in .PDF! Good Luck!
