for the SDS labs headphone amp:
http://headwize.com/projects/stokes_prj.htm it require these devices´: RFP15N05 or HUF75309P3 RFP30P05 does anybody know of any commonly availible substitutes? like IRFP9610, IRF610 or similar i seem to recall http://www.irf.com holds many spec cheat? but i cant load that page /micke |

I would expect IRF510, 520, 610, 620 and their
P channel counteparts would work fine, just check the bias, as you may have different Vgs figures. |
