Sony amp - monoblock?

A while ago I saw somewhere online a Sony amplifier that was massive and far closer to something like a Pass Labs X-600 then the current crop of Sony products. It might have even been a monoblock, I can't recall. Has anyone seen or heard of such a unit? I'd love to get the model number and look into it a bit more. Thanks.

The insides: can just about make out writing on the PS caps -- Nichicon KG super-through 15,000uf

I feel sorry for the one who needs to repair a TA-N1.
S Kitakanto on the back label of the TA-N1 is not a person btw : it's a Sony plant in Kita-Kanto, a region in Japan.

They say it`s a SEPP but on the schematic as I see it`s a classic PP.?
