I like to use as a car amp wit subwoofer of 400W
Can it handle it or wath?

You need a SMPS to power the amp in a car. 100W in a car should be OK.

I have design SMPS +/- 35V, but the question is is this amplifier can handle 400wRMS suboofer or will be broken

It will be fine. Amps don't 'handle' speaker power, speakers 'handle' the power they are given.

You could have a 100W, 400W or 1000W speaker, as far as the amps is concerned as long as they are all the same impedance it doesn't care.

Hi,
1pair of MJ15003/4 will manage about 125W into 3ohm from +-35Vdc using +-30mF if you can keep them cool enough to survive.
2ohm loading can only reach 28degree phase angle @ about 170W.

I like your remark about keeping them cool enough to survive.
One pair is best kept to 50W, and 2 pairs for 100W into 4 ohms.

Hi,
2pair should be able to go to 180W into 2ohm @ 60degree phase angle and Tc<60degC.
But 1ohm can only manage 25degree phase angle.

It seems that 1pair could make a reasonable 4ohm amplifier but need blown sinks.
2pair would do as a 2ohm amplifier with a big unblown sink.

The trouble is that many people skimp on the size of the heatsinks, and don't use fans for higher power versions.
