Hello


A friend just give me two MTE215N10E power mosfet.

Is there any good power amp schematics who can use those mosfet ?


Here's the specs;

Motorola ISOTOP TMOS E-FET Power Field Effect Transistor N­Channel Enhancement­Mode Silicon Gate

215 amp.

100 volts

450 watts

rds (on)= .0055 ohm
