Default Improving Musical Fidelity A1 - How to?

Any ideas?
Several options that I can think of:
- Adding Tube pre-amp
- Replacing good Cap

Any one has tried with this amp yet?

Depends what version of the A1 you have.

I'd suggest reading Mark Hennessy's page on the A1, as he has lots of good ideas

Maybe you could try to add a cooling fan beside the A1 which is very, very hot!
A cooling fan will help extend the life time of A1.

My understanding of the A1 is that the volume pot was badly implemented. As such I would suggest bypassing the input altogether and using it as a simple Power amp.
