That is quite a lot of power. Have a look at amp by 'quasi' on here.

Hi,
Quasi's threads include three Nchannel quasi complementary mosfet amps, 200, 350 & 500 and they cover the supply range of +-50 to +-70Vdc. The schematics are all on his website.

" ... nx500ln schema ? ..."

The AussieAmplifiers.com NX500LN is not available as a kit (yet) ... as completely assembled modules only.

The basic schematic is not too hard to figure out if you have a module in front of you ... but the designer rightfully wants to protect his specific ideas with regard to his work and efforts to produce a quality piece of engineering. There may be several sources for "generic" FET input, all FET power MOSFET designs out there ... google 'em ...
