Hello all,
I search for the technical datasheet of my power amplifier NAD 214. Since last week, I have a problem with the amplifier. The front LED is always turn in red color instead of green color. I don't know where could be the problem ? I checked the 4 big output capacitor but they seems to be good. I have no output sound.... Perhaps one of us could help me ? Thanks for your support Thomas |

The amplifier is in PROTECT mode. Disconnect your speakers and see if it works normally. If not, then the amplifier requires repair.
If it works normally after disconnecting your speakers, check there were no short circuits on the speaker terminals, and check no wires are damaged. |

thanks Jim but the schematics you sent me was not the good one...
you sent me schematics for NAD 2140 amplifier and mine is NAD 214. The reference of the units between the printed circuit board of my amplifier and the schematics are not the same. if someone have the schematics (technical datasheet) for NAD 214 amplifier....thanks to send me a copy.
