N channel or N + P channel ... Aussieamplifiers.com has recently introduced their newer versions of their N + P channel MOSFET amps ... The newer ones are all N Channel.
http://aussieamplifiers.com/nx150.htm ... to this: ... http://aussieamplifiers.com/nx150s.htm ... and their slightly older high power amps are all N Channel ( http://aussieamplifiers.com/nx500ln.htm and http://aussieamplifiers.com/nx1000ln.htm )

I can't tell the difference, listening test wise, but there are small differences when viewed on a 'scope = lower noise threshold & PS noise rejection, etc., so there must be something to it ... I do know that either type sounds very, very nice indeed.
