all n channel only or n channel with p channel?

what is the main diference beetwen amp that uses only n channel output stage or amp that uses n channel and p channel transistors?

N channel or N + P channel ... Aussieamplifiers.com has recently introduced their newer versions of their N + P channel MOSFET amps ... The newer ones are all N Channel.

I can't tell the difference, listening test wise, but there are small differences when viewed on a 'scope = lower noise threshold & PS noise rejection, etc., so there must be something to it ... I do know that either type sounds very, very nice indeed.
