Default hafler p500

can anyone tell me what a hafler p500 is, and is it a good amp for a main stereo system? What is the diff in dh500 and the p500 as far as amps go?

For all intents and purposes, it is the same amp.

The P version has balanced in, input level controls, and does not have the three-speed fan control.
