Just out of curiosity, I may decide to build another power amp in the future. I was thinking a mosfet amp. I have already built a bjt amp and it sounds absolutely beautiful. Mainly something with more power (200w+ @ 8 ohms). I was looking at the ESP site and came across the P101 mosfet amp. The output transistors are lateral mosfets. Where are some good places to get these transistors?

I purchased the Renesas devices from All American; they had an opened package and so I was able to buy a small quantity.
