lateral mosfets in high end amplifiers

Hi,
does anybody knows if some of the high quality amplifier manufacturers is using lateral mosfets...which manufacturer and which mosfets if it is known...

Hi,

For example 2SK1058/2SJ162 (formerly manufactured as 2SK135/2SJ50 in TO-3 case) by Hitachi.

i was not clear enough....

does somebody knows which manufacturer of high quality audio amplifiers uses (if anybody is using them) lateral mosfets...

manufacturers like Mark Levinson, Krell (well, i know Krell is not using them but) and not manufacturers like Hitachi, Renesas

The Saint - Aussie amplifiers is a nice guy but not a professional making manufacturer - he is a designer and is selling boards, kits and so on ...i value him and his professional work a lot - but he is not a manufacturer like Levinson and Krell for example... i was thinking about a manufacturer......

Hi,
JE Sugden used to, but don't know the current range.
Michell use FETs and I guess they are NOT verticals.

I used to have Monarchy's SE100deluxe monoblocks.
Hitachi 2SK1058/2SJ162, if I recall well, 8 units total as output devices.

I think their new SE-250 hybrid amp uses 12 units
