S41775, S41776 ,SJ6207,SJ6206-I M LOOK THIS TRANSISTORS -TRANSISTORS BOOK
AND NET THIS TRANSISTORS I CANT FIND ANYWHERE ,THIS IS
MARANTZ MODEL 510M TRANSISTORS HAVE THIS TRANSISTORS ANOTHER NUMBER OR WHAT
IS THE STANDART NUMBER?and WHICH TRANSISTORS FIT TO THIS POWER AMP ?
PLEASE HELP

Fairchild and Motorola devices, although Marantz amps were already produced in Japan at the time of the 510M.

replacements: here

(fairy tale time: story goes that the fan operated heat duct setup of the 510M was developed by NASA)

I can't help with the transistors but I will ask that you turn the caps lock button off. It looks like you're yelling.

AFAIK
Outputs are 2N6031, 2N5631.
Drivers are 2N3584, 2N6421.

Hello From Turkey
I use the marantz 510m amp power trasistors:2SD424 & 2SB554 and the driver transistors MJE15031 & MJE15032 Work perfectly !
The sound is the same 510m orginal transistors !!!!!!
