Default Adding preouts to a Denon PMA 1080R

Is it possible or just plain crazy?

You better get your hands on a schematic to see where the line signal goes, and tap in right before the power amp section.
Maybe you can see inside the amp, sometimes they mark the signal names on the printboard.

I guess you are way better of selling your Denon and build (or buy) a preamp. The Denon doesn`t sound to good (in my ears...)...
