I found this schematic on the net, im curious to build it.
Can someone explain if it works, maybe someone build it, is the schematic ok, will bias current blow my speakers, i dont know, im lost, but it is very interesting 12Volts 16W class A. The link to the page is not working. Thanks! |

Theoritically it will work.Don't worry that bias current will blow you speaker as there is a output cap.

That .5H L is likely to weigh 1/2 as much as your car battery

Will half a henry cost ten times as much as a car battery?
But, if it doubles the output swing from it's stored energy it could be worth it. Yes, four times the power compared to the normal output swing of a single ended. Is that much extra achievable?

wow.. I am quite interested in this as well, as most decent decks put out around 16 watts RMS anyways...
That choke might be hard to find though, at the amperage it needs to handle
