Hello all - I recently bought a pre- amp PCB from DIY Gene on Ebay. Has anyone tried their kits or PCB's and if so were they happy with them? I'm getting the balance pre based on the MBL 6010D. Cheers.

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to say here, but DIY Gene is also making his business selling Pass Labs PCBs. On that basis alone I would not support his business.

But how much do the diygene pcbs have in common with the products they are supposed to be 'based on' ? That's quite a loose term.
I'd suspect that 'MBL' kit has as little chance of sounding like the real thing....
