Yes, and what it describes is a standard and a very simplistic way of looking into this problem. As you may see, this appnote and other similar papers attribute the "flat" part on Qg curve only to the Miller effect due to the change in Vds. My results show that there is a similar "flat" bit on the curve even at a constant Vds and it can not be attributed to a Miller effect which requires for it's presence a change in Vds. That is a whole point of my measurements - standard approach works sort of OK for a switching circuit but it is inadequate for a proper analysis in a linear application, especially if we are trying to understand all the distortion mechanisms.
