Default Impedence from Neutrik SpeakOn

If I were to use a 4 pin (2- 2+) Speakon connection right to a Behringer EP1500 for a subwooder which has 2 voice coils and it can be bridged to 8 ohms and drop to 2 ohms. But with leaving the configuration as 4 ohms on one coil and 4 ohms one the next coil will the amp give out 4 ohm power or will it give out 8 ohm power?

does the Behringer ep1500 have two channels each capable of driving 4ohm reactive loads?

If yes, then connect one voice coil to one channel and connect the other voice coil to the second channel.

send an identical mono signal to both inputs and the amp will drive both coils together and give the speaker the total power that it can drive into two 4 ohm loads.

Forget about 2ohm as I suspect the amp can only drive 2r0 resistive loads and even then only for short term loading. The heatsinks will just get too hot. But it is nice to know that the semiconductors are designed to survive the currents when cold or cool that a 2r0 load demands.
