Default Who can help with spice models LM317/LM337

Hi,

My search on the net and this forum did not come up with any information on spice models for voltage regulators LM317 and LM337.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me with these models.

Thanks in advance.

Franklin

Default KM317 models

Franklin,

Here is a 317 model, don't have the 337 but you should be able (with some care!) to change it to the 337 by changing NPN to PNP and vice versa, diode polarities etc.
No guarantee, no exchanges, no refund...!

Succes, Jan Didden
