Swood is for furniture, any parts not in the standard library will have to be created.
You have to create the design in any mechanical CAD system, for a 3D design you have to create the panels as separate parts and put them together as an assembly, this is the best way. 2D draughting is more involved and less intuitive and you will have to learn some basic skills such as 1st or 3rd angle views etc.
 
Rhino is probably one of the more cost effective solutions that can make planes at odd angles and also output different file types for 3d printing, waterjet, etc.

I don’t know of any that will automatically kick out plans however, will still require some work to make usable shop drawings.
