Just finished designing a PC USB scope.
It only works up to 10KHZ but is good enough for repairing amplifiers etc.
It based on a PIC18F4550.
I converted a USB project from Waiting for Friday – Weekend electronics engineering for my needs.
It has a AC/DC switch.
1 meg input impedance.
I used a 4051 multiplexor to switch in one of 8 resistors for gain/attenuation.

The PC display software was fun. You can shift the display up/down or left/right.
It has two movable circles that read off the difference in time and voltage between two points.

I managed to find a working FFT function so I can display frequency content.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
