(No need to go into why I'm against free downloads, in most cases anyway, but I am)
Is there something useful and web based thats relatively accurate? In my mind I'm picturing something like a bandwidth analyzers that runs real time. You guys/girls are usually pretty good at locating the better tools out there, thought I'd ask.
