Default eagle ERC check

Hi There


I have seen that Eagle do sometimes not see when a pad/pads are not connected, I have two not connected but eagle say everthing was connected, this is not good, I do not trust eagle anymore for check connections, it may not happen..

Someone have this?

One trick I do (as form of insurance and double checking), is to turn off all layers, just leaving the airwire layers on. -- then see if anything shows up.

If you use the 'ratsnest' command, it will tell you how many airwires are left, and it will clean up redundant unrouted airwires between routed pads. Not sure why ERC/DRC wouldn't do that, but maybe it's some preference setting?

This is what I did, but it do not make eagle trustable, special when complicated pcb are make.

So I think it can be a program error, or as you said preference settings, I go look about it.
