IXYS LTSpice Models (or something equivalent?)

I'm looking for IXTP08N100D2 and IXTP01N100D LTSpice models, or something equivalent.
I'm simulating a circuit w/ a gyrator, and different mosfet models make a substantial difference in distortion and frequency when sizing a parafeed capacitor.

I've got a dn2540 model.
I've got an ixtp01n100 model someone here made (it's a little circuit that models the behavior), but it doesn't always work.
I've tried a couple others, but don't remember which.
The real amp uses one of each of the above IXTP's in its gyrator.


Does anyone have a mosfet model that simulates fairly accurately?

I can't get them to simulate a cascode, for some reason.. Same thing that happened w/ the 01n100 model I found on the forum.
A cascode w/ one of the IXYS mosfets and a dn2540 works. Two dn2540's work in a cascode. But two IXYS mosfets simulates wrong... The voltage is way too low out of the gyrator. (and I have the circuit built, so I know it's the simulation that's wrong) .

I guess I'm going to need to purchase some inexpensive caps and figure this out the old fashioned way..... on the workbench.
 
Did you ever end up getting the equivalent model to work? I am looking for a IXTP08N100D2 or IXTP08N50D2. Can you share (upload your model) if possible? It would be of great help.

I did just open the last gyrator model I was messing with, and saw these:
