Default BUZ900P and BUZ901P spice model

Hi everyone,
Does anyone knows if there is available a PSpice or TINA model for BUZ900P or BUZ905P?
Thank you very much for your help,
Best regards,
Daniel Almeida

I picked up these some time ago for the double-die parts. They are very simple models though. They are intended for simulation using TINA, but any changes needed for other simulators should be minor.

Rename the .txt files as .cir for TINA.
Then go to Analog, Embedded Processing, Semiconductor Company, Texas Instruments - TI.com and search for the app note called:
"Importing a SPICE NetList into TINA9-TI"

This takes you through everything that's needed.

Other SPICE programs will have there own way of doing things.
