Hello

Anybody know a Linear Technology equivalent for the M5219 op-amp ?

It's a op-amp with 625 mw of power dissipation.

I include an image of the specs.

Thank

Bye

Hello

I want to use Ltspice to simulate few amps circuits and they all have some M5219 op-amp, but there's only Linear Technology opamps numbers in Ltspice.

The M5219 op-amp seem to be same than the 4558 op-amp, but the 4558 op-amp are not in Ltspice.

Thank

Bye

LT never made anything that poor

supply V limitation, breakdown V is not usually properly simmed - most op amp macromodels won't care

for a "generic audio" bjt input op amp try LT1007

if you find a Spice op amp model it probably would run in LTspice - can add the .model directly to the schematic, use the universal op amp symbol

Do you have accurate models for the transistors used? If not, then why worry about the op-amp? You can get a reasonable idea of operation of the circuit with generic models or models for other comparable devices, but you can't do real distortion analysis, phase margin analysis, frequency response, any real tweaking, etc. For that, you will probably need to build and test. The knowledge of the circuit that you gained from the simulations can be very helpful then.
