Its like an equalizer but not digital. So what I m trying to do is make a circuit with lights. This is not a digital interface its leds that go around a circuit. What you do is input a number into a unit that tells the light to go around the track at a certain speed which slows down and goes faster and stops. Any help building will be much appreciated as I dont have a clue.
So like a string of Christmas lights that the led starts at the beginning goes around the circuit at a certain speed and can slow and faster and even stop for 2 seconds when commanded by a main unit. |

u can use LM741, very simple.
