Default PSUDII adding your own bridge values

Hello All,

I'm just looking for a bit of help on PSUD2. There seems to be a good deal of calculation or at least understanding required to enter in values for a new bridge in PSUD2.

I'm looking get the required values from the following data sheet:

Can someone help me out with either a link to a thread or discussion on how to calculate these values from the datasheet?
