I'm just starting to use PC base tools. I picked ARTA to try first. I want to measure THD, etc in my preamp and amp.
I built the measurement box as seen at: HiFi Measurement My question is this: If I want to measure my amp, I don't need the speaker and mic hookup correct? I just take line out to the amp being measured, then connect the output of the amp to the measurement box (has a voltage divider), and connect the output of the box to the line in of the computer. Then generate noise and get the THD measurements? |
