Hi...
Does anyone have or can point me to Eagle CAD libraries containing power BJT's and FET's...I am specifically looking for TO 247 and TO 264 types...and not so much the many TO-3 types that are in the labaries on the Eagle website... Thanks |

I can only strongly recommend to draw your own libraries.
I found that downloaded libraries often contain errors and if they don't they often don't adhere to the rules for text placement (use name layer instead of docu layer) which may mess up the silk screen. Anyway, if you use downloaded libraries check them at least twice. There's no fun when pins are swapped or the clearance is too small and the part won't fit in the final pcb. |
