Hello
I am using Multisim and would like to model the following transistors. I have tried the wizard/editor with little success. Can anyone help or suggest alternatives already in the database? Thanks BC550C - NPN - Ic 100mA - 500mW - Vceo 45V - hfe > 520 - very low noise BC560C - PNP - Ic 100mA - 500mW - Vceo 45V - hfe > 520 - very low noise BC337-40 - NPN - Ic 800mA - 625mW - Vceo 45V - hfe > 400 BC327 -40 - PNP - Ic 800mA - 625mW - Vceo 45V - hfe > 400 |
