OK, i'm going to step in with some constructive critism...

1st off, any logo needs to work as a gif. And in the case of karma's latest, the white will need to be transparent (Bas with his has an added "background "flag" which defines the space around the logo.

As you can see above, you have to be very careful of shadows & such -- the above ends up being restricted to a white background..

Indeed, it will need to work with a transparent background especially for merchandise etc.

So you want something that can be used with a transparent background for merchandises

and another one with an image in the background, like Jan's one?

No, just a single one that will serve all purposes. Jan's one could have any background in place of the white around the edges and would not be adversely effected.
