Well, you have to own your own private jet, be a member of at least two secret societies aimed at world domination, and a have a hidden base inside a volcano. That gets you on the long list.

I see requirements have lessened somewhat ?!?! When I was a mod I also had to have inside contacts with both the russian and the US government.

Good luck to both gentlemen, without mods this site would be not as it is now.
