Default Need help with 6n8p

Hello, I bought one of your tube amp 6n8p kits awhile back and I cannot figure out where this black wire goes coming out of the power transformer. See attached picture, it is the cut black wire next to the blue wire. This wire is hot and has voltage output. Thanks for any help.
