Any RF concern over put this chip in same enclosure with my analogue mixing circuitry? Mixer active is active (opamp based).

Yajnas, besides the sound quality, have you ever seen a Taiwan or Chinese clone mp3 FM transmitter with digital audio interface and can adjust frequency, power, pre-emp and mute via serial port? It's not the simple IC like BA1407
Maybe a BA1407 (or similar) and a PIC (or Atmel part)?

BA1407 has 16 fixed frequency point. It doesn't have digital audio interface. The control is quite simple, no uC necessary at all. 4 switches can select the fix freq points.
