Hello,
Just getting back into audio and have an amp that I need to replace the MOSFET's. The originals were 2SK343 & 2SJ99's 2 pair per channel or in other words, QTY of 4 - 2SK343 and 4 - 2SJ99's.
I beleive they're available. Have found a few websites that list them, but they want a minmum $300.00 order or more!!
Please let me know if anyone knows of a good source for these MOFET's.

Well, I guess these things are going to be difficult to locate. As I understand these MOSFET's were common in a lot of amp's produced in the 1980's.
Since I'm new to the forum, is there a better location within DiyAudio to post this request.
