How should one input AJ-Horn for BIB? - Click HERE for Original Thread

what input stategy do AJ-Horn users employ to get good result and possiible correlation with MJK's sheets on BIB type?

would anyone here have some AJ examples to show?

Is it impossible to simulate an expanding line in AJ Horn where So=as close to 0 surface area as you can get (e.g 0.001 whatever the measure is), and the driver is offset by x number of inches / whatever, or x % of the line length? If it demands width and depth, then just use the width of the enclosure then a depth of something like 0.125 whatever the input value is for So. Sl is obvious enough. The software clearly can't be up to much if something that simple eludes it. Martin's MathCad sheets are only $25 -money well spent IMO.

Hi,

it's definately possible with the newer version (older versions have no driver offset!), as I had a simulation made to compare with the MJK worksheet results -- the results from AJ Horn were almost identical.

BUT

I can't tell you how to do it as I don't have AJ Horn and I lost contact to the guy who helped me out.

best, LC
