The Caps 4 , 6 and 11 in The Pearl Phono stage is DigiKey P3154-ND.
Caps size, according to the catalogue:
Length: 20mm, Thickness: 8mm.
When I look at the pictures of the PCB these caps looks a lot smaller to me.
Is P3154-ND wrong, or do I misunderstand something?

Those are max. allowable dimensions. The ones I received are a little smaller than those numbers, ~17.5mm x 5.5mm. There's lots of room on the board other than C4, which is up against C3.
This is a great phono BTW.
