| I build my first Class D amplifer using gate driving IC IR2110, But I do not what type of diode should be used what is in series the driving output of IR2110 and parallel a resistor. The MOSFET used is IRF640N. and my amplifer is working at 100KHZ |

I'd use the good ol' 1N4933.
Or, get the 1N4936 (400V version) for all general power rectification needs at 1A and you only need to stock one P/N in your junk box. I have a roll of 50+ of these just for this reason.
1N4933
Switching diode
50V
1A
150nS switching times (MHz+ speeds)
Ct = 12pF @ 1MHz
