What diode shoud be used in 100KHz class D amplifier gate driving - Click HERE for Original Thread

I build my first Class D amplifer using gate driving IC IR2110, But I do not what type of diode should be used what is in series the driving output of IR2110 and parallel a resistor. The MOSFET used is IRF640N. and my amplifer is working at 100KHZ
DCPreamp
I'd use the good ol' 1N4933.

Or, get the 1N4936 (400V version) for all general power rectification needs at 1A and you only need to stock one P/N in your junk box. I have a roll of 50+ of these just for this reason.

1N4933
Switching diode
50V
1A
150nS switching times (MHz+ speeds)
Ct = 12pF @ 1MHz
