| I have a JL Audio 10W7 subwoofer that has a fractured cone. Does anyone have suggestion on how to repair this speaker? The cone is made of polypropylene. It is akin to the plastic used to make milk jugs. Most all glues will not stick to it. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. |

| There are polypropylene adhesives. I'm not sure what you might need as a reinforcement on the back of the cone though. Perhaps a call to your local adhesives expert? |

| Because the actual cone is beneath that cosmetic piece, I wouldn't worry about it. It should still play fine. |

| I have a kenwood sub with a similar crack- Don't think the cone is same material, but i used silicone caulk on mine. Not sure how long it will last or how it will work. but I tried. Curious to know how yours worked out. |

| There are a few guys are the car audio forums that used a thin piece of tinted plexi on top of the cone cover. It looks a bit flashy for my tastes, but might be option instead of paying a buttload for a JL recone. |
