If you use the closed box loudspeaker designer on my website www.readresearch.co.uk you can find out how low it will go and get an idea of the size of response peak, in various sizes of box.
zuki
is there a best sized sealed or ported box anyone will recommend for it.

is the driver worth the asking price ?

There is no best size or design for anything, it's all down to your tastes and needs.

It's an exe file so work systems probably block it. One day I will make it into a spreadsheet with a graph.

The driver is ok for the price. Quite a big box is needed though.
zuki
what size box would you recommend it for

if you wanted the best performance from it.

i will start as soon as i know the best enclosure size.

Hi, :)/sreten.
zuki
thank you.

going to buy the materials.

Did you not notice that none of those boxes get lower than 50Hz? Hardly a sub. Have you bought the driver yet? You may be able to rescue things with EQ if you have already spent cash.
zuki
maybe the driver is banking on car interior transfer function
