Very nice, but I have a few questions...
- Did you use 4+4 or 8+8 turns for the primary? And for the secondary, did you use 11+11 or 22+22?
- The transformer primary waveforms look rather triangular, you should try to use a buffer between the SG3524 and the mosfets, or reduce switching frequency for better efficiency. Did you try that?

I think he's using an SG3525 w/totem-pole outputs.
