Dell W2600 LCD sometimes won't fire up - Click HERE for Original Thread

I need to know what steps to take in troubleshooting this issue. When I push the power button on the side of the display, I hear a click and the button lights up with the normal blue color and video comes on with no problems. It can sit there for an hour with no issues at all. Once I push the power button to turn it off and try to restart it, I can hear the click but there is no blue light on the power button and no video. I thought something on the board was heating up to the point it wouldn't turn back on, but I tried the same test with starting it cold and having it on for only a few seconds. I then turned it off and tried restarting it with no success. I unplugged and plugged the power cord back in but that didn't help. Any suggestions?
