This site is about rare part. Can you believe, I can't find a suitable replacement for s stupid mini 25 K double Potentiometer, LOG ?
This was on my Celeste PW4000, Sim-Audio. Those people at Sim claimed they have no more parts.
The maker, NOBEL say the same and ask for a 1000 parts run to make some (!)
I could use any good double 20-50 K log pot for that matter but the placement inside the amp is very small, hence a mini device.
The Nobel make was square.
This is very representative of the transformation of the electronic market to a "buy and trash" cycle.
There is no way I'm going to stop using that fine amp because of a crappy pot.
Anybody help here ? |
