where can i find (buy ) DF1700?
i have search in www.ti.com, but i can't find and data sheet
any one have data sheet?
and also, can it be replaced by df1704/06 or any ? |

The DF1700 is the same as the NPC SM5813. This has also been discontinued but you can find the datasheet here

While it is possible to replace the DF1700 with the DF1704/6, it would require a fair amount of work as the two chips are not pin compatible and the DF1704/6 is a surface-mount device.
NPC do list the SM5841D as a replacement for the SM5813 but again the two chips are not pin compatible. |
