Sansui SP-25A - another driver named F-103 - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hi all,
I found some Sansui full range speakers (no cross over, or baffle step correction) called the SP-25A with a driver in them labeled F-103....
Uh, weird. They look like budget speakers from the 70's but when hooked up to a little Dared tube amp sound pretty good, considering what they are.
Is this another F-103? I mean 7.5 ohm, 91db, 10 watt and 5 7/8 across not including mounting flange isn't what I have seen as a F-103.
Also, anyone have information on these? I've googled a bit but nothing on this model yet.
Should I bother to putty the baskets, add silver wire and some nickel binding posts just to see what they sound like? Should I sell them to you? Should I immediately burn them and scrub myself because they're evil?

Keep them, and tweak them. Sansui made some excellent products in their time, and their speakers were highly under-rated. Sounds like they were using the Foster 103s for these, so well worth playing with.
