My router has arrived and I like to build small enclosure from the scrap plywood I have. I have ordered the Tang Band and like to put them in a non box configuration. Does anyone have a suggestion?. I have a pair of W3-871S's new in their unopened boxes from Parts Express. ..I would have given them for a few bucks less than you probably paid. I came up with a project several months ago, never started it, then forgot about it. Oh well... If anyone else is interested, let me know. And by the way, I also had a pair of these that I bought specifically for this project, but sold them. They're great for projects like this, and the silver painted paper cone matches the W3-871S PERFECTLY! The eD logo looks kind of nice with it too.
