I'm not certain, but I believe the frequency can be changed via the component values by back calculating using the formulae here. I've dug around the Marchand site some and looked at their manuals. From what I've seen, their tubed crossovers appear to be basically two of the same circuit chained together to create the 24dB LR slope. - JP
